Sore quads, must be doing something right (?)

Wow, my quads (thighs) are sore today.

I’d like to think that it’s from the strength training I did yesterday, but I can’t rule out the effects of staggering down three flights of stairs with some way too heavy boxes of concrete samples (yes, concrete samples), twice, during my working day.

Here’s hoping the pain translates to gain down the line.
