Back to Back – the Future

I’d definitely recommend back to back tough runs to really condition the legs, body and mind. I woke up feeling rather sore in the quads and calves this morning, as you would expect, but still happy as a sandboy after the weekend.

I got in a 3-4 mile run today, south from Overton Hill, following The Ridgeway south away the start of the ‘official’ National Trail, up to Wansdyke. The soreness kept me slow, but it was still a great way to spend some time. I could see for miles from up were The Ridgeway joined Wansdyke, with good views of the Lansdowne Monument on Cherhill Down and Morgan’s Hill.

Cool.
